Description
An organic start-up winery with 30 hectares of land and several buildings, located in Andalusia, 30-40 minutes from the beach.
The estate includes several buildings, including a 260 m² agricultural building spread over two floors, housing a workshop, warehouse, apartment, and wine cellar.
It features a 340 m² Andalusian-style house on two levels with an open-concept interior design, comprising a living room, family room, two bedrooms, and a pool.
The land encompasses a total of 30 hectares of vineyards, fig and olive trees. It's worth noting that the vineyards boast a total of 10,000 vines of Tempranillo, Syrah, and Chardonnay grapes.
The land has the potential to plant an additional 50,000 vines, which would yield a total of 180,000 bottles per year. To achieve this, the estate has an approved underground winery project. Thanks to this area's microclimate, which makes wine production perfect and which the government is supporting.
It could be used as a yoga or Pilates retreat.
