Located in Andalusia, 30-40 minutes from the beach.
The estate has several buildings, including a 260 m2 agricultural building spread over two floors, including a workshop, warehouse, apartment, and wine cellar with wine storage.
The land has a total of 30 hectares of vineyards, fig trees, and olive trees. It's worth noting that the vineyards have a total of 10,000 vines of Tempranillo, Syrah, and Chardonnay varieties.
The land has the potential to plant another 50,000 vines, which would result in a total of 180,000 bottles per year. To achieve this, the estate has an approved underground winery project. Thanks to the microclimate of this area, which makes wine production perfect, the government is supporting it.
